Holly Musgraves Shreves, age 44, of Grand Chain, Illinois passed away at 12:55 P.M. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Funeral services honoring the life of Mrs. Holly Musgraves Shreves will be held at 12 P.M. Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. Rev. Steve Heisner and Rev. Gerell Cain will be officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10 A.M. until the service hour. Interment will follow at the Masonic Cemetery in Grand Chain.
Pallbearers will be Bailey Langston, Cameron Langston, Brian Langston, Kegan Hale and Lukus Inman.
Holly was born December 16, 1980 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was a 1999 graduate of Century High School near Ullin. Holly loved spending time with her family, taking walks and going to her sons basketball games.
She is survived by her husband, James Shreves; her children, Sumer Agers and James D. Shreves Jr. of Grand Chain, Illinois; father, Cyrus Musgraves (Debbie Davis) of Grand Chain; sister, Stephanie (Brian) Langston of Paducah, Kentucky; nephews, Bailey Langston of Paducah, Kentucky and Cameron (Alessia) of Toronto, Canada; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Holly was preceded in death by her mother, Debra Musgraves (2014); grandparents, Charles and Vivian Inman, Mae Dunning, Creston and Elsie Musgraves.
